Venture SMS is run by a small, focused team at Connect Sphere. We keep the team lean on purpose — everyone here talks to customers, and everyone owns what they ship.

• Care about the customer more than the process
• Move fast, but never cut corners on honesty
• Write and speak plainly — no jargon, no fluff
• Take responsibility when something breaks

We don't keep a fixed list of openings. But if you think you'd be a great fit — in support, sales, or building the product — we'd like to hear from you.
