1. Who we are

Venture SMS is a bulk WhatsApp messaging service owned and run by Connect Sphere. These terms govern your use of the Venture SMS website, panel, and messaging packages. By buying a package or using the panel, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Venture SMS lets you send WhatsApp messages to your own contact lists without touching your personal number. Messages are sent through Venture SMS’s own numbers — never yours — and nobody logs into your WhatsApp. Venture SMS does not use the WhatsApp API.

Sending is paced steadily rather than blasted out in one instant, which keeps delivery smooth. Replies from your recipients come back to your Venture SMS panel, and you answer the replies yourself.

3. Your account

When you buy a package you get access to a Venture SMS panel. You are responsible for keeping your panel login details private and for everything sent from your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using your panel.

4. Packages and payment

Venture SMS sells one-time message packages: 3,000 messages for PKR 2,999; 10,000 messages for PKR 6,999; 30,000 messages for PKR 14,999; 50,000 messages for PKR 19,999; and 100,000 messages for PKR 26,999. There are no setup fees, no per-message fees, and no API costs.

Packages are bought by messaging Venture SMS on WhatsApp. Your message credit is added to your panel once payment is confirmed, and it stays available until you use it. If you have any billing question, message us on WhatsApp and we will review it with you.

5. Acceptable use

You may only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and you must not use Venture SMS for anything unlawful — including fraud, harassment, or misleading content. You are responsible for the content of your messages and for the contact lists you upload.

We may pause or close accounts that misuse the service or break these terms, with or without notice.

6. Fair sending

To protect delivery for everyone, campaigns go out at a steady, controlled pace. Your messages are queued and delivered in order; very large lists simply take longer to finish, and you can watch progress live in your panel’s delivery report.

7. Liability

Venture SMS provides the service as-is. While we work to keep sending reliable, we cannot promise uninterrupted delivery, because delivery also depends on WhatsApp’s network and on your recipients’ devices. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and continuing to use Venture SMS after a change means you accept it.
